Since embarking on the Touch For Health (TFH) Kinesiology course in 2013, Liz is now a fully qualified practitioner and instructor sharing the gift of this ‘life-changing’ therapy with clients, students and friends and family alike.
Her own challenges, (having come from a very conventional healthcare background) with accepting a combination of western techniques with Chinese medicine and Tibetan Energy techniques helps her relate to those who would otherwise be sceptical or fearful.
Liz prides herself on her depth of knowledge and continued professional development to ensure she is able to offer an expansive, professional, supportive, and non-judgmental environment to facilitate positive change and promote health and wellbeing.
Her vision was to combine her knowledge and experience of both conventional and complimentary healthcare to bridge the gap for people, helping to break down barriers and scepticism about healthcare from different sides of ‘the fence’.
Liz Reddish is registered with APNT (Association of Physical and Natural Therapies), BCMA (British Complementary Medicine Association), GCMT (General Council for Massage Therapy), the IAIM (International Association of Infant Massage), IKC (International Kinesiology College) and KF (Kinesiology Federation).
