Hi, I’m Jane and I am passionate about promoting wellbeing and empowering people to transform and live happier healthier lives.

My true belief is that we all have the ability to help heal our own bodies – the only thing stopping that is us!

Our brain and body are incredible, and we are truly fortunate to be humans.  With a better understanding of modern neuroscience, energy, and spirituality, we all have the ability to discover insights to find balance, reduce stress and to truly transform into a version of us that we are happy to be. The trick is to enjoy the journey, let go of the past and live in the present!

Courses and Workshops are taken in a unique location for self development and learning. You’ll find a peaceful and calm environment at the top of the beautiful Mendip Hills surrounded in nature, all the elements and full of positive energy.

Courses include Regular Touch for Health Level 1-4 courses. I also run 2 day Touch for Health Proficiency Workshops and a 2 day cours in Touch for Health Metaphors and Goal Setting.
